Less Features in pro?

Pro appears to have LESS features than light?

Under colors pro has:
Header Text Color
Background Color

Under colors light has:
Header Text Color
Background Color
Color Scheme
Select background color for topbar.
Select background color for header.
Select color for navigation.
Select background color for footer.

I bought pro with the expectation I could change the text color universally.

What am I doing wrong?

Okay found the Theme Options (had to mess up a working site to find it. I see the multitude of options there. Trying to sort my way through them. You can ignore this thread. Got it.
