Make a Reservation

Hi there
My Reservation section does not look the same as the default Template (Hottest Restaurant)
When i add the short code provided ( [contact-form-7 id="113" title="Make A Reservation"] )
it can not be found
It generates this short code ( [contact-form-7 id="10" title="Contact form 1"] ) and it looks bulky
and does not represent the Reservation, rather just a contact form
Please advice

i have the plugin installed, it does still not give me the desired Reservation Form
It gives this error
[contact-form-7 404 "Not Found"]
