There is no forum for the Cathedral Pro theme, but…

I have been trying to install Cathedral Pro (there is no Cathedral Pro forum). I have been getting a message that “style.css is missing”.

I’ve tried e-mailing the support@starthemes.net address, I tried the live chat. It says there is someone online, but every time everyone is busy. I have paid for this theme, and I cannot use it. If I don’t get a response within the next couple of days, I’ll have to talk to PayPal about this.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Here is the below step to install the theme.

The file you have download is the theme package zip file where include cathedral-pro.zip, xml file, sql file, installation guide and theme documentation so when you finish the download just extract (unzip) the theme package on your desktop or laptop and then you just need to upload cathedral-pro.zip file in the WordPress.

If you still facing the issue then kindly send us the site URL and the login details so we can install and setup the theme.
