why it shows the file is empty when import sample data

Hi, When I use Wp tools to import and install Sample Data (educamp.wordpress.2018-12-14.xml), it shows the file is empty, why and how can I do? thanks

Also, could you please tell how to change words on the Featured Box? right now, all boxes shoes are educamp1, educamp2/3/4

The default content is already loaded in theme. Please go to settings >> readings >> here you can select latest post option to display homepage sections.
