How do you install on word press once you buy pro

Good morning,

We purchased the pro version, and we reached out to WordPress because we were wondering how to install the file once you download it. They told us we had to reach out to Starthemes because we weren’t able to locate an .xml file in the download. We looked at the installation guide, but it was brief. Could you point us in the right direction.

The file you have download is the theme package zip file where include medicos-pro.zip, xml file, sql file, installation guide and theme documentation so when you finish the download just extract (unzip) the theme package on your desktop or laptop and then you just need to upload medicos-pro.zip file in the WordPress.

If you still facing the issue then kindly send us the site URL and the login details so we can install and setup the theme.
