The file you have download this is the theme package zip file where include educamp-pro.zip, xml file and sql file so when you finish the download just extract the theme package and you just need to upload educamp-pro.zip file in the WordPress. If you still have problem please send us the login details we will upload the theme on your WordPress.
After theme installation you can find the options in Appearance >> Theme Options.

If you want to add non google fonts then you need to add all the fonts to the fonts folder in theme directory (create folder if not exists) and add the font family to the style.css file.

You cannot add animation in the slider title but you can change the slider changing effect by go to Appearance >> Theme Options >> Slider settings.
