The file you have download this is the theme package zip file where include solar-pro.zip, xml file and sql file so when you finish the download just extract the theme package and you just need to upload solar-pro.zip file in the WordPress. If you still have problem please send us the login details we will upload the theme on your WordPress.

1. how change/manage the “Our Services” and “Quick Links” links list in the footer –
Go to Appearance >> Menu >> Here you can create menu name “Qucik Links” and add some pages and check the bottom checkbox as theme location:footer and then go to Appearance >> Widget >> Add custom menu widget in footer column and select quick link menu from dropdown.
