    We are sorry for the inconvenience. Here is the below step to install the theme.

    The file you have download is the theme package zip file where include cathedral-pro.zip, xml file, sql file, installation guide and theme documentation so when you finish the download just extract (unzip) the theme package on your desktop or laptop and then you just need to upload cathedral-pro.zip file in the WordPress.

    If you still facing the issue then kindly send us the site URL and the login details so we can install and setup the theme.

    Il file che hai scaricato รจ il file zip del pacchetto del tema che include medicos-pro.zip, file xml, file sql, guida all’installazione e documentazione del tema, quindi al termine del download estrai (decomprimi) il pacchetto del tema sul tuo desktop o laptop e quindi devi solo caricare il file medicos-pro.zip in WordPress.

    Se il problema persiste, inviaci l’URL del sito e i dettagli di accesso in modo che possiamo installare e configurare il tema.
